- Manage mall leasing, including identifying potential tenants, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely occupancy.
- Market Research: Stay informed on retail market trends and perform competitive analysis to guide leasing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7–12 years of retail leasing experience with a proven track record of successful deal negotiation.
- Strong understanding of mall leasing processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
