- To ensure timely preparation and getting the same limited review / audit of Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annual Financials as per SEBI / Companies Act and placing the same before the Board of Directors of the company
- To ensure timely preparation of data and getting the same audited for all group companies.
- To ensure timely preparation of cost accounting records and getting the same audited related to companies fall under the cost records maintenance rules and their compliance under the Companies Act.
- To ensure compliance of all applicable accounting standard as per Companies Act while finalizing of Financial Statement of all group companies
- To co-ordinate with Internal Auditors for quarterly internal audit reports and arranging replies / action(s) follow up with respective department heads for proper Internal control and compliance purpose.
- To review and act upon GST related matters which include coordinating with consultant(s) / Govt Department queries /timely replies on notices / SCN etc. GST returns
- All RERA compliances.
- Coordination with Statutory and GST auditors and closure of the same, Income Tax Assessment.
- To coordinate with income tax and other department for supporting them with relevant accounting data of earlier years w.r.t various assessment(s) under different stages
- To initiate new developments in ERP for improving controls in the system and as per new requirements arising due to internal audit reports or change in law.
