- The contest is open to the public and all employees of Aarize.
- Contest participation is to be confirmed by posting their contest response while tagging @aarizegroup along with the hashtag #YouHelpMeAarize
- Contest responses are to be submitted by liking the contest and posting their videos and stories.
- Only the entries made during the contest period will be considered. Any entry made before or after the date and time of contest closure will not be considered.
- The winners will be chosen on the number of likes the participants receive on their contest response posted within the deadline mentioned.
- Aarize shall be the sole authority to decide whether an entry is valid or not and such a decision shall be final and binding.
- Aarize reserves the right to extend the deadline for participation in the contest at its sole discretion.
- The prizes will be distributed after verification of the shortlists.
- All Winners will be chosen and awarded prizes depending on the number of likes at the sole discretion of Aarize’s decision shall be final, binding, and undisputable. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
- All the results will be communicated through Facebook / Instagram posts and as direct messages to the winners through an Inbox message on Facebook / Instagram. Aarize might request the shipping details like the complete name, phone number, e-mail ID or address of the lucky winners for sending the prizes to them.
- For any queries related to the contest, Aarize may be contacted by sending the query through Facebook / Instagram messaging only during the contest period or such extended period as may be declared by the Aarize group.
- The prizes awarded under this Contest are non-transferable and are subject to the decision of Aarize. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is subject to availability.
- There is no entry fee. Participation is voluntary and no purchase is required to submit the contest entry.
- Aarize reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify or change all or any of the terms, and rules applicable to this contest at its sole discretion without notice.
- Aarize reserves the right to disqualify block or remove any entries or participants that in Aarize’s opinion violate these terms and conditions or de-motivate, defame or abuse anyone, including any participant, or are illegal/offensive or otherwise in breach of the applicable law including, but not limited to, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made there under.
- Aarize holds no responsibility for any issue or difficulty in the submission of entries for whatsoever reason including any technical reason.
- By participating in the Contest, the participant duly authorizes the Aarize group for the use of their stories/photos/comments, etc. (“user content”). The user content so provided/uploaded by the participant may be used for any marketing purpose by the Aarize group via any mode including but not restricted to, print and digital mode.
- By entering this Contest, a participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Aarize shall not be responsible for any technical/network-related issues.
- The Contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising under or relating to the Contest and/or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
